Refunds and Dispute Policy

I understand that unexpected situations may arise, and I strive to provide a flexible and positive experience for all of you. This policy outlines my approach to refunds, disputes, and rescheduling for priority chat sessions.

Rescheduling:

  • One-time Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their chat session once, provided they notify me in writing at support@ottomosu.com or through our active chat communication at least one (1) hour in advance of the scheduled start time of the session.
  • Missed Sessions: If a client misses both the original and rescheduled session, I may attempt, when possible, to reschedule a second time at a mutually agreed-upon date. However, if the client misses the second rescheduled session, I may issue a partial refund only if they provide valid proof of unforeseen circumstances beyond their control. Otherwise, no refund will be issued.

Refunds:

  • Full refunds: I offer full refunds not including transfer fees if the scheduled chat session is canceled anywhere within 24 hours of the booking time.
  • Partial refunds: I may offer partial refunds on a case-by-case basis for unforeseen circumstances, with valid proof provided.

I do not offer refunds for:

  • Missed chat sessions due to client lateness or no-shows with no rescheduling initiated within the alloted timeframe.
  • Sessions that have not been rescheduled by the client at least one (1) hour in advance of the scheduled start time of the session
  • Dissatisfaction with the content or guidance provided during the chat session. Guidance is subjective and results may vary.

How to Request a Refund or Reschedule:

If you would like to request a refund or reschedule your session, please contact me at least 1H before the scheduled time of your chat session session via support@ottomosu.com or through our active chat communication. If it is your second re-schedling, please provide required documentation in picture format (JPEG/JPG/PNG) .
